RETURN POLICY
Jackie's Traveling Boutique, LLC wants you to enjoy the experience of shopping at our online store and welcomes you as a repeat customer. Therefore, we will honor a refund or replacement with the provisions as follows:
If the item has a major flaw, which is not stated in the description of the product it may be returned. An email must precede any return or replacement of an item. The email must be sent within 24 hours from the receipt of shipment. We will confirm the order and provide an approval email for the return or replacement. An item received after the allotted time will be considered sold. This return policy provision is necessary to discourage an item from being used for a special function and when the item is no longer needed, then is returned for a refund.
The return or replacement item must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
The returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent to you, no adjustment or alteration should have been performed. The return item must be well packaged and shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. Returned items will impose shipping charges.
A refund will be issued as soon as the item is received. The shipping/handling fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This restocking fee is to compensate not only for the extra bookkeeping but, most importantly, for not being able to sell the item while it is sold to you. If the item is sent to you via free UPS shipping, the UPS shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Discounted Items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. All sales are final.
To avoid having to return the item, please ask questions before you make the purchase. We will be more than happy to answer them.
Inspection Process: All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. We check for discoloration, latch operation, stone settings and the overall make of the jewelry.
Damage Policy: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. In the unlikely event that, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. If your order is undelivered by UPS, please contact UPS to file a claim.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Merchandise must be returned to us in good condition. It must not have been worn, damaged, or altered and we will replace it with an item of equal value.
If you choose an item of higher value the difference must be paid-in- full before the replacement is shipped. |
